The Ohio Alleycat Resource & Spay/Neuter Clinic is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization based in Cincinnati. We promote non-lethal control for feral (wild) cat colonies and the prevention of cat overpopulation and the subsequent euthanizing of unwanted pets.
We also offer low-cost, high-quality spay/neuter surgery for cats and a transport service called the “Neuterville Express” that goes to all areas in the Ohio Valley. At our clinic in Madisonville near I-71 and Red Bank Expressway we operate a small rescue with adoptable cats and kittens.

If you’re interested in adopting a cat or kitten, all of our cats have been vet checked, neutered or spayed, inoculated and tested for feline leukemia and feline immunodeficiency virus.
